Installation Procedure
1. Install the gasket between the third muffler flange and the front exhaust flange;
2. Install the front muffler tube; Install the front muffler tube to the third muffler retaining nut. Tighten the front muffler tube to the third muffler nut to 30N·m;
4. Install the front exhaust pipe into the rubber lifting ring;
5. Install the front exhaust pipe into the installation frame of the front upper exhaust pipe;
6. Install the front and lower exhaust pipe mounting frame onto the front exhaust pipe; Install the welding bolt from the front lower exhaust pipe mounting frame to the front upper exhaust pipe mounting frame with nut. Tighten the nut of the mounting frame of the front and lower exhaust pipe to 30N·m; Gasket between exhaust pipe flange and catalytic converter before installation; Install the front exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter with the nut. General models tighten the front exhaust pipe to the flange nut of catalytic converter to 40N·m
